Welcome to Eventify, the event management system provided by Worksmart. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Eventify as a client, exhibitor, or delegate of Worksmart Events. By accessing or using Eventify, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms                                                                                                                                                                          By using Eventify, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter these terms. If you are using Eventify on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.                                                                                                                                                                                                                

2. Use of Eventify                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Eventify is designed to facilitate event management for clients, exhibitors, and delegates for WorkSmart’s Events. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Eventify complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  To access certain features of Eventify, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Registration and Fees                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Clients, exhibitors, and delegates may be required to register for events and pay applicable fees through Eventify. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. WorkSmart reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect fees already paid.

5. Intellectual Property                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     All content, features, and functionality on Eventify, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of WorkSmart or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on Eventify without our express written permission.                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

6. Limitation of Liability                                                                                                                                                                          To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkSmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Eventify.

7. Indemnification                                                                                                                                                                                          You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Worksmart, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of Eventify or your violation of these terms.

8. Modifications of Terms                                                                                                                                                                      WorkSmart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of Eventify after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing of Law                                                                                                                                                                          These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Kingdom of Bahrain.
