Mohammed A. Mohammed AlSuhaim has been the CEO of the Saudi Digital Academy (SDA), one of Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) initiatives since 2020 after he held the role of Vice President of Operations at the SDA. M. Alsuhaim is an expert in Tech-Talents development with deep understanding in translating the organizational goals into a tangible growth via the development and engagements of the talents. Mr. AlSuhiam has major contributions in the role he is handling in Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, he opened an important dialogues with the most known international houses of human capital development expertise. Throughout his career, Mohammed focuses on the convergence of digital transformation, training and development to raise the efficiency of cultural initiatives, leadership and change management. He leverages modern technical concepts and practices to develop human capital and raise the economic value of institutions and organizations. Mohammad AlSuhaim graduated with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from AlYamamah University in 2015. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
